Royal Berglee Morehead State University

Dr. Royal Berglee (PhD Indiana State University) is Professor of Geography and International Studies at Morehead State University. He received his doctorate in Economic Geography from Indiana State University with research interests in heritage tourism and global development patterns. In addition to regularly teaching World Geography, Dr. Berglee teaches courses on International Studies, Political Geography, and Middle Eastern Studies.

Additions & Errata

10/18/24:

Section 2.5: Removed "Protestant" in the sentence "Protestant Christianity has prevailed in northern Europe since about 1000 CE."

Section 2.6: Changed "WWII" to "WWI" in the sentence ". . .Czechoslovakia, which was created in 1918 from part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire after World War I ended."
