Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy varies by format purchased.
eTextbook Access Pass – We only sell these passes to bookstores; please check with your bookstore to learn more about their return policy, as we do not accept returned Access Passes.
eTextbook Online Access – We understand that students sometimes choose to switch courses, which is why we offer complimentary online access to the first three chapters of all our books for free. However, if you have purchased a book and then decide to switch course, we do allow you to return the book within five days of purchase. eTextbook Online Access + eTextbook Download – Similar to our eTextbook Online Access option, you may return the book within five days of purchase, provided that you haven't downloaded any of the eTextbook files.
Printed Textbook - To stay consistent with our mission of making high quality textbooks affordable again, we use a print on demand, no-inventory model, shipping orders directly. If your textbook was not shipped within the promised timeframe or if you received the wrong textbook, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 877.257.9243 (or 914-600-6340). We do not otherwise accept returns of printed textbooks.
To stay consistent with our mission of making high quality textbooks affordable again, we have a streamlined bookstore proccess: our eTextbook Access Passes contain a single code that is not book specific, does not expire and is redeemable for all our titles. We do not therefore accept returns.
